Novem Wilrijk consists of 8 private apartments, a shared kitchen, garden and lounge area. Unlike most co-living residences, you have your very own private studio with kitchen, bathroom, living and sleeping area and on top of that you’ll get all the extra space to connect with your fellow residents. Each studio is fully furnished and equipped with daily necessities like sheets, towels, coffee maker and kitchen tools. We even take care of internet, power (by the way, Fonder runs on solar energy) and water.

If you feel like connecting, we invite you to join us in the gorgeous kitchen, built with sustainable materials. The kitchen is provided with a quality stove, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and even everything you need to cook up a delicious meal (pots, pans, knives, cutting boards,..).
We’ll provide a monthly stack of magazines and fresh flowers for that cozy vibe. Friday nights become so much more fun while having a glass of wine and a laugh at the big solid oak dining table. Enjoy some fresh air on the Japanese inspired garden or take your laptop and send those emails with a beautiful view.
AVOID RUSH HOUR IN THE CITY WHILE THE CENTER IS STILL NEARBY
This part of Antwerp is a true green lung with beautiful parks like park Den Brandt and the open-air museum Middelheim, but the view from the studios on the biggest park of Antwerp called Hof van Eden and its nature reserve Groen Neerland must be the absolute asset.
