We offer all kinds of extra services
In the rush of life, quality time is precious. We want to make sure you feel happy and healthy living in Novem. That is why we provide all kinds of services like a cleaning service to give you a little break. Our house manager will be the friendly face you can always reach out to and who will set up some soulful activities to get to know the other residents better.
You can rent on the short and long term
We want you to focus on recharging yourself and create meaningful connections with your neighbours. You don’t need to worry about hidden expenses. We offer a transparent full-service housing facility. You can rent a studio on a monthly basis, but we highly suggest to stay a bit longer to build those meaningful connections.
